We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Receptionist/Administrator to support our client during an office move. This temporary position is ideal for someone with previous receptionist experience who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional service.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Perform scanning, photocopying, and data entry tasks to support office operations.
  • Maintain stock levels of office supplies and equipment.
  • Operate the switchboard, directing calls as appropriate and managing queries.
  • Assist with boxing up documents and other preparations for the office move.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office software for data entry and document management.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.
