Purple Team Specialist

Financial Services firm seeks a Purple Team Analyst to join its Security Operations function. Reporting directly to the VP, this role offers autonomy and the opportunity to design and lead purple team exercises that simulate real world attacks to test and improve detection and response capabilities.

As the subject matter expert, you'll coordinate with threat intelligence teams, support investigations and threat hunting, and contribute to continuous security enhancements across the organisation. Experience in configuring and assessing the effectiveness of key security controls such as SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection is essential.

The ideal candidate will bring hands on experience across both offensive and defensive security practices, strong technical knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, and the confidence to help drive meaningful process improvements that help strengthen the firm's Cyber Security posture.

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in London) offering a base salary of up to £90,000, plus a bonus of up to £15,000.
