Your Mission

• Order Releasing and its follow up: return order, debit note
• Manage Purchase Approvals
• Update purchasing KPIs
• Blocked invoice management
• Price difference management
• Orders follow-up with suppliers
• Keep the data in the ERP system up to date
• Support Purchasing & Planning Teams in the administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial CFC-High school diploma
• Experience in purchasing or procurement
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package
• ERP knowledge
• Fluency in English both verbally and in writing, French is a plus
