Your new companyHays is working with a leading company in Ballymena to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant. This role will last 6 months with a chance of extension. This company is seeking an individual to start immediately.
Your new role

  • Supplier invoice coding to nominal ledger.
  • Complete month-end accruals and reconciliation.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for other departments as required.
  • End to end purchase ledger
  • Answer phone calls if needed
  • Directing emails as necessary
