As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of clinical studies at the country level, ensuring compliance, quality, and on time execution. You'll lead study teams, coordinate site activities from initiation to closure, and drive operational excellence in collaboration with global stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative therapies within a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing directly to advancements in healthcare. Accountabilities- Lead and coordinate local study teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage the full lifecycle of clinical operations, from site identification and activation to monitoring and closure.
- Oversee performance of study sites to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all activities comply with study protocols, ICH GCP standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and progress tracking at the country level.
- Promote continuous improvement and strong communication across all operational functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research (CRA/Sr. CRA or equivalent), including at least 1 year in project or team management.
- Strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and local regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a cross functional and international setting.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
- Experience in CAR T or immunology studies is considered a significant advantage.
