Job Description
You will be joining us as our new Program Director, Responsible Gameplay (RG). This position has been established to help Aristocrat meet its commitment to becoming an industry leader in RG, as a core part of its broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda.

Your role will help us execute the Group's key RG priorities, focusing primarily on Aristocrat's business activities in the EMEA region. The role will provide expert advice and support to our teams and play a key role in fostering a vibrant RG culture. A particular focus will be on driving the RG program and helping to successfully integrate our newest business - Aristocrat Interactive - with the majority of Interactive team members located across EMEA.

A passion for improving the status quo, excellent personal organisation and attention to detail, strong communication capability and the ability to create productive relationships across the business will be critical attributes in this role.

What You'll Do

  • Help foster a vibrant RG culture and contribute to the delivery of Aristocrat's Group RG commitments and leadership ambitions, as a key member of the global RG team.

  • Support and deliver RG awareness activities across the Aristocrat Group, with a focus on teams and business units in the EMEA region.

  • Develop an effective RG strategy for the Aristocrat Interactive business, in alignment with the Group's overall RG Strategy and priorities.

  • Lead implementation of the strategy, including by convening internal workstreams, overseeing delivery and ensuring strong communication and collaboration.

  • Assist and provide inputs into the development of an RG technology pipeline, including potential technology trials.

  • Work with Aristocrat's Corporate Affairs and Sustainability teams to prepare materials, including RG strategy updates, public disclosures (including reporting against metrics, where relevant), education materials and other content as required.

  • Manage, update, and oversee the relevant policy framework at Aristocrat including providing advice on implementation and supporting compliance. This includes advice to product and marketing teams and marketing approvals, and working with others to ensure training remains up to date and effective.

  • Build relationships with key RG organisations and help to inform the evolution of Aristocrat's RG program, by bringing best practices and insights into the business.

  • Work with industry associations and other external organisations on RG initiatives where opportunities present.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in regulated, high compliance business, ideally online Real Money Gaming or other Gaming operations
  • 8+ years project or program management experience, or similar position in technology or consumer businesses
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to effectively engage a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a global operating environment, across teams and cultures, with some flexibility vis timezones
  • Alignment with Aristocrat's mission and values, and a passion for improving our business and industry
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility, community outreach, consumer support or similar programs would be an advantage
  • Ability to present to leadership teams, and represent the company externally
  • Mature, reliable and high personal integrity.
