Job Description

Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the firm on a 12-month contract to lead a period of planned growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Development: Lead the planning, definition, and implementation of new product features and enhancements for the public website, using market analysis and defining detailed requirements in partnership with UX and development teams.
Performance and User Experience: Employ quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to track KPIs and continually improve the overall user experience.
Team Collaboration and Coaching: Coach cross-functional product teams on best practices, collaborating to drive significant improvements to the client experience, and ensuring effective communication and customer outreach.
Operational Support and Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to resolve production/implementation issues quickly, manages necessary escalations, and contributes recommendations for ongoing business and departmental planning.

Key Requirements

Previous experience managing a product within Financial Services
Working knowledge of public websites, digital channels, client acquisition platforms
Experience with content management and analytical tools
