  • Working with Risk & Compliance to implement best practices and support regulatory change.
  • Responding to technical legal queries from fee-earners.
  • Contributing to the wider Knowledge Lawyer community and firm initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally 10+ years PQE, either as an existing Knowledge Lawyer or a fee-earner with demonstrable experience in knowledge development.
  • Deep expertise in tax law and private client matters.
  • Strong interest in business development and knowledge commercialisation.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with legal technology and new ways of working.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard legal tools.
What's on Offer
  • A strategic, high-impact role at the heart of a leading Private Wealth & Tax team
  • Opportunity to shape and deliver the knowledge strategy across a dynamic practice
  • Career progression aligned with fee-earners, including potential for partnership
  • Collaborative, innovative working culture with strong support from senior leadership
  • Access to cutting-edge legal tech and tools to drive efficiency and client value
  • Involvement in thought leadership, training design, and business development initiatives
  • Flexible working options and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Offices in key global financial centres with cross-border exposure
  • This is not a typical Knowledge Lawyer position, sitting at the strategic heart of the Private Wealth & Tax group, closely embedded with senior partners and actively shaping the group's direction, training and innovation. The practice advises high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and family offices across multiple generations and jurisdictions. The team is internationally renowned for its technical excellence and understanding of their clients' needs.
