Principal Designer - CDM and Building Regulations

A multidisciplinary consultancy who have been operating for almost a century are looking to bring a Principal Designer into their growing business. The Principal Designer - CDM and Building Regulation role

You will work closely with Architects, Building Surveyors and Fire Engineers as you manage the Design risks across CDM 2015, BSA 2022 and the supporting legislation.

The Principal Designer - CDM and Building Regulation will have

• Minimum of 5 year of post ARB registration experience (essential)
• Direct experience of managing design risk (essential)
• CDM or H&S qualification(s) (e.g. NEBOSH Construction Certificate) (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the BSA and supporting legislation
• Good knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
