Why You'll Love It:

We will be honest - the location can initially feel a little "off the beaten track," which is probably why this role has flown under the radar so far. But once clinicians actually see the clinic, meet the team and understand the long-term opportunity here, it completely changes the conversation.

This is the sort of role where you are not walking into chaos or being left to sink or swim. The outgoing clinic owner is staying involved to provide hands on mentoring and support during the transition, potentially for up to a year. That is incredibly rare.

The clinic already has a loyal patient base, modern facilities and exciting plans for future growth. For someone wanting stability, support and genuine progression potential, this could become a brilliant long term home.

All About You
  • Fully qualified and HCPC registered Podiatrist
  • Clinically safe and competent practitioner
  • Open to structured mentoring and development
  • Interested in long term growth within a clinic environment
  • Professional, approachable and patient focused
  • Own vehicle and driving licence required due to the rural location
  • Comfortable working within a close knit community setting

New Graduates are welcomed and actively supported.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Managing a podiatry caseload within an established community clinic
  • Delivering safe, patient centred podiatry treatments
  • Working closely with the outgoing owner throughout the transition period
  • Supporting future clinic and service expansion plans
  • Building strong patient relationships within the local community
  • Contributing to the long term development of the clinic
Working Hours and Environment
  • Full time permanent employed position (part time considered)
  • Established community based clinic environment
  • Modern facilities with room for future growth
  • Supportive leadership and structured onboarding support
  • Friendly and collaborative atmosphere with continuity of care at its core
Reaching Your Potential

This clinic forms part of a growing healthcare group actively investing in future development and expansion. With structured mentoring, an established patient base and long term plans already underway, there is genuine opportunity for progression here.

For the right clinician - whether experienced or newly qualified - this is a chance to build a long term career within a supportive environment where your growth will genuinely be encouraged, not just spoken about.
