PMO Analyst (Agile, Technology) - 6 month FTC - £70-75,000 - London/Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst (Agile, Technology) to join the centralised PMO team that resides within the Chaucer Technology Group (CTG).

As our new PMO Analyst (Agile, Technology) you will report into the PMO Manager to assist with a number of ongoing projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to the Change Policy and Chaucer Project Delivery Framework. You will be required to collate, analyse and report on the activities, milestones and risks associated with the Strategic, Operations and Technology portfolio of projects.

On a daily basis the PMO Analyst (Agile, Technology) will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Project Managers are compliant with the Project Delivery Framework processes and procedures.
• Ensuring standards are followed and adherence to Change Policy
• Run day-to-day standard PMO governance: financial control, reporting, planning, RAIDs management, etc.
• Manage the schedule and coordination of report production for Board packs and committees.
• Provide hands-on delivery support to programme or project (as needed)

To be our new PMO Analyst (Agile, Technology) you must come from a similar Technology-focused background working in a disciplined Project/Programme environment with strong knowledge of best practices. What is really important is strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
