Pensions Expert with IT Expertise to drive AI Initiative

Our financial services client is seeking someone to guide the strategic and technical direction of AI initiatives for their Pensions Solutions capability. This exciting and innovative role involves:

Driving strategic AI initiatives which support pension administration, member engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Aligning AI solutions with long-term business goals such as improving admin performance, reducing operational costs, and enhancing member services.

Ensuring AI systems adhere to pension regulations (eg, FCA, TPR guidelines) and data protection laws (eg, GDPR)

Working closely with pension admin and IT teams to integrate AI into core systems.

Translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Requirements

Ideally you will have all or most of the following:

Experience of delivering AI solutions which improve operational efficiency (IDEAL, NOT ESSENTIAL)

Experience working with pension administration systems

Good experience of dealing with DB, hybrid and DC occupational pension schemes

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services

SQL/Excel technical skills
