Are you a payroll pro who thrives on precision and independence? We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of the UK payroll cycle for 400 employees. This is your chance to be the go-to expert, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency every single month.

What You'll Do:

• Run end-to-end payroll using ADP iHCM.
• Handle everything from new hires to terminations, statutory payments, and HMRC submissions.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to keep things seamless.
• Stay ahead of UK payroll legislation and drive process improvements.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of UK payroll experience.
• Expertise in ADP iHCM and UK payroll regulations.
• CIPP qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Detail-driven, deadline-focused, and confident working solo.
