Job Description

My client is on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a knack for technology and strong numerical skills to become an integral part of their successful and rapidly expanding team. As the Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role, collaborating closely with our Director, engaging with both our team and clients.

Our client is a well established, rapidly growing business seeking an experienced personal assistant to join their team on a 1 year FTC.

Description

The key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support across various aspects of the business while serving as the PA to the Director.
  • Expertly manage daily email correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers worldwide, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
  • Take charge of project management for new ventures and ongoing opportunities, driving them to successful outcomes.
  • Efficiently manage the Director's diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Field inquiries regarding specific queries and products, delivering exceptional customer service over phone and email.
  • Embrace flexibility by willingly taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Possess strong organisational skills and an acute attention to detail.
  • Excel in working to deadlines, adeptly managing your workload independently.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Exhibit a customer-oriented and approachable demeanour.
  • Showcase proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Display a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Hold a valid clean driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Be willing to be flexible.
