We're looking for a dynamic Organisation Design & Effectiveness Partner to architect the future of our organisation-enhancing performance, agility, and long-term sustainability.In this hands-on, consultative role, you'll collaborate across functions to align people, processes, and strategy. You'll lead workshops with senior leaders, embed design principles, and deliver impactful operating models that make a real difference.Bring your expertise in organisation design, your flair for facilitation, and your sharp project management skills to a team that's passionate about change. If you're ready to influence, innovate, and implement-this is your moment. What You'll Do: Organisation Design: Ensure organisation design principles are agreed and applied consistently. Through the facilitation of workshops: support the design and implementation of new organisational structures and operating models, including governance and reporting frameworks that reflect current and future business needs. Effectiveness Assessment: Work alongside other HR Colleagues to evaluate the effectiveness of existing organisational designs, structures, and processes through data analysis Change Management: Design and deliver change management strategies that ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and embedded at all levels of the organisation. Drive stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and readiness assessments to maximise adoption. Culture and Engagement: Ensure future designs align with cultural aspirations and values. Capability Development: Work with HR colleagues and Stakeholders to ensure that organisational capabilities (skills, behaviours, leadership) match the requirements of current and future operating models. Project Management: Develop and manage the implementation plan (roles, workforce, HR processes, training). Ensure timely delivery of milestones and high-quality outcomes. Data and Analytics: Utilise quantitative and qualitative data to inform recommendations, measure impact, and drive evidence-based decision-making. Create dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us that you've got the skills and capabilities. You'll have to meet the following minimum criteria: Minimum Criteria Expertise in Organisation Design: Proven depth in organisation design and development, with a track record of delivering enterprise-level operating models and structural change. Demonstrable experience of delivering operating models and structural change at enterprise level Facilitation & Communication Skills: Strong communicator and facilitator, able to simplify complex programme activity and lead co-design workshops that drive tangible outcomes. Analytical & Delivery Focused: Quick to grasp complex processes and deliver practical, evidence-based solutions with a balance of analytical insight and pragmatic action. Change Leadership Attributes: Curious, resilient, and action-oriented-able to manage change with pace and quality.
