Organic Chemist

I am currently supporting a research-driven biotechnology organization focused on developing advanced delivery systems for RNA-based therapeutics and vaccines. The company's work aims to improve the effectiveness, safety, and stability of novel therapeutic formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design and synthesize novel lipid molecules.
• Maintain and promote the highest standards of laboratory safety and best practices.
• Conduct literature and database research to support R&D efforts.
• Record, analyze, and present experimental data and research findings to internal stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Biology, or M.S. with 1-3 years of relevant R&D experience.
• Proven experience with analytical techniques such as NMR, LC-MS, and HPLC.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Experience in lipid synthesis and characterization is highly desirable.
