Oracle Cloud HCM Manager

Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant at Manger level to play a key role in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting clients through testing, training, and go live. You will be expected to bring strong functional expertise, hands on configuration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.

5 Key Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of one or more HCM modules e.g. Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation.
• Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions.
• Experience configuring HCM modules, including fast formulas and business rules.
• Ability to design test scenarios, support SIT/UAT phases, and resolve configuration issues.
• Clear communication skills and ability to liaise between business users and technical teams.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand and document business needs.
• Perform hands on setup and configuration based on approved solution design.
• Assist in test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases.
• Offer hypercare and knowledge transfer to client users after deployment.
• Work with architects, technical teams, and other consultants to ensure solution consistency and completeness.
