Our client, a leading organisation in the food delivery sector, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operations Support (Marketing) professional to join their Consumer Growth team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of one of the most preferred food delivery platforms in the market!
About the Role:
As a key player in the Consumer Growth team, you will help develop and implement strategies that maximise demand and consumer growth. Your efforts will directly impact millions of customers, ensuring that we remain the top choice for food delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Coordination: Own and coordinate our comprehensive campaign calendar in collaboration with Marketing, Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams, and Local Territory Operations.
- Execution of Campaigns: Execute large-scale marketing campaigns across our owned channels, including in-app and CRM.
- Data Analysis: analyse demand performance metrics and share valuable insights with the Central Operations team and UKI leadership.
- Product Management: Handle our suite of acquisition products, focusing on driving user engagement and maximising ROI.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with experience handling large data sets.
- Strong background in quantitative data analysis, modelling, and SQL.
