Job Description

Reed Business Support are currently working with a well know and highly respected Scottish business that have been industry leaders since 1981!

Because of the success of the business and internal growth they now have an exciting opportunity within their Edinburgh branch.

It's a brand-new position and will allow the new hire to really put their own stamp on the role!

Position- Office Administrator

Location- Edinburgh

Salary- £25,000+

Within this role you will be working within a small to medium sized office of 10 staff members. You will be responsible for all aspects of general administration for the client's office and factory locations. It is a varied and busy position, and we are looking for a candidate that loves variety and problem solving!

Duties-

  • Supporting Directors an internal staff with administrative duties
  • Liaison with external IT support provider to manage IT system
  • Management of all utility, phone and office equipment contracts
  • Liaison with our employment law support provider to ensure compliance with employment law
  • Managing the transition when staff join or leave the Company
  • Managing vehicle fleet of 10- 12 vehicles
  • Assisting with Health & Safety requirements and Risk Assessments
  • Assisting the Directors & senior staff as required
  • General ad hoc office administration and organisation
