NURSING PIN ESSENTIAL

Our client is looking for a passionate Nursing Home Manager for their 48 bed nursing and residential service in the Wellington Somerset area / on the border of Devon. The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced Clinical Manager with a valid NMC PIN, either someone who has experience of managing a nursing home, or has a great deal of Deputy Management experience, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.

Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.

• Management qualification
• RGN / RMN with valid PIN
• Background in elderly / dementia care
• Knowledge of CQC and standards
• Good communication skills
