Nursing Home Manager - Porth - £65,000-£75,000

Developing care provider looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager in a large nursing and residential service that includes dementia and general elderly care. Our client is looking for a passionate Nursing Home Manager for their large nursing and residential service in the Porth area. The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN, or someone who has experience of managing a nursing home, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements. Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large nursing and residential service in the Porth area.
• Provide high quality care for residents with dementia and general elderly care needs.
• Ensure compliance with CQC requirements.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and support teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Management qualification
• RGN / RMN with valid PIN or nursing home management experience
• Background in elderly / dementia care
• Knowledge of CIW and standards
• Good communication skills
