£65,000 - £70,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RGN Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established 40-bedded nursing home in Caterham. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Role Overview

• Leading and developing the care and clinical teams
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations
• Managing budgets, staffing, audits and occupancy
• Maintaining high standards of care, safety and resident wellbeingBuilding positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals

What We're Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager or strong Deputy ready for step-up
• In-depth understanding of CQC requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A passion for exceptional care and continuous improvement
