Are you an experienced Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Our warm, well run Nursing Home in Liphook is seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or a confident Registered Nurse ready to progress into a management role with full support and development.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team leadership.

You will:

• Lead clinical practice and ensure safe, person centred care
• Support with auditing, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with staffing, supervision, training, and performance development
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Act as a role model for nursing excellence and best practice
• Step into managerial responsibilities as required

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience in elderly care or complex needs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and support staff
• Passion for delivering high quality, compassionate care
