Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Footsteps Stafford Nursery & Pre School offers a full time or part time position at £13.01 per hour (£27,060.80 FTE) with a £400 Level3 Qualification Recognition Bonus (paid after six months).

Role Overview

Create inspiring learning experiences for your key group, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, shape a caring and stimulating environment, support children to achieve their best through high quality practice and contribute ideas to continuous improvement. Shifts run between 7:30am and 6:00pm, offering flexibility where possible.

Qualifications & Experience

• Level3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, CACHE, BTEC, EY Educator, etc.).
• A passion for child care and a commitment to safeguarding.
• A positive, caring approach and strong team spirit.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS and reliability.
