NPI Lead - Advanced Materials Division

Role Overview: We are looking for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll be the driving force behind seamless product launches, ensuring every aspect - from lab trials to full-scale production - is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. Role Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with internal standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements. Experience and Competencies: What we are looking for: Knowledge in organic, polymeric, and epoxy chemistry; understanding of chemical production processes. Knowledge of reaction kinetics and modelling. Proficiency in analytical methodologies and statistical principles.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project planning skills.
