A highly respected and reputable Main Contractor that has been operating for over 80 years has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Hertfordshire and working on projects across London.

The company carries out high-quality restoration and refurbishment services to residential and commercial properties, including listed buildings. Their experience of blending traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques has led to the business being awarded a number of prestigious projects over the years.

Business is going strong and with a number of exciting projects currently ongoing and in the pipeline, they are looking to bring in a No.1 Site Manager. The ideal person will have a strong refurbishment background covering both residential and domestic projects, with experience working for a reputable Main Contractor.

Experience:

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor as a No.1 Site Manager
• Track record working on refurbishment projects (residential and commercial)
• Restoration project experience is ideal
• Good longevity with previous employers
• High level of energy and ambition
• Full UK Driver's License

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package

Location: Hertfordshire, London
