Night Shift Housing Response & Resident Support Officer

Northamptonshire Sport is looking for a part-time Contact and Response Officer in Corby. This role involves responding to urgent calls and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, particularly older and vulnerable individuals.

You'll work 16 hours per week on a night shift rota, contributing to a supportive housing environment. The position requires excellent communication skills and experience in a contact centre or housing service.
