About the role

As Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will supervise night hour assistance to Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check in through check out. A Night Supervisor contributes to the first impressions of our guests.

You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and deliver front office operations smoothly and efficiently.
  • Deal with guests' queries and complaints, creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
  • Coaching and supporting front office staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain front desk operational standards and support all night shift business functions.
Qualifications & requirements
  • Ambitious hotelier with some experience leading a team, or ready for your first leadership position.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of front office operations.
  • Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies and procedures.
