Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Delivery of Ground Theory instruction for the MCC, APS MCC & MCCI (A) courses
  • Delivery of Simulator Practical Instruction for the MCC, APS MCC & MCCI (A) courses
  • Development and updating of training materials, lesson plans, and courseware to align with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
  • Evaluation and assessment of trainee performance through written examinations, simulator assessments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Adherence to safety procedures, security protocols, and operational standards during training sessions.
  • Fostering a positive learning environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence among students.
  • Other duties at the direction of MMPT.
Requirements
  • Current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) desirable.
  • Extensive experience in training as an instructor for professional pilots license.
  • SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience.
  • Experience in operating FNPT II MCC FSTDs or FTDs.
  • Familiarity with UK CAA and EASA regulations and requirements related to APS MCC training.
  • Current or previously held UK Part FCL Flying Instructor Rating
  • Hold or previously held UK Part FCL ATPL or CPL.
  • Minimum 1500 hours flying in multicrew operation.
  • High standards of instructional ability and integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, operational demands, and evolving training needs.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety.
