MES MBR Verification Lead

We're looking for an experienced MES MBR Verification Lead to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and deployment readiness of Master Batch Records (MBRs) within a global MES program. In this role, you'll oversee verification activities, collaborate with design teams, and uphold regulatory and system standards that support reliable, compliant manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Review and verify global and site-specific MBRs for completeness, accuracy, and GMP/GxP compliance.

• Ensure MBRs align with MES design principles, global templates, and best practices.

• Validate integration touchpoints with ERP, WMS, LIMS, and OT systems.

• Maintain global standards, protocols, and documentation for MBR verification.

• Define verification checklists and methods to support MES deployment cycles.

• Ensure adherence to Körber PAS-X MES guidelines and internal SOPs.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in MES implementation and batch record design.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and electronic batch record compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Körber PAS-X MES and MBR life cycle management.

• Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills.

• Familiarity with ERP (eg, Infor M3), WMS, LIMS, and OT integrations.

• Understanding of validation and CSV principles.
