Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager - Shape the Future of a Global B2B Events and Publishing Brand
Are you ready to take charge and make a real impact? We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to inspire and drive a small, motivated team within a fast-paced international B2B publishing and events organisation. You'll spearhead innovative campaigns and develop strategies that drive growth across our global conferences, boost attendee numbers and sponsorship. You will also be key to the expansion of our magazine audiences and advertising revenue.
As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a central role in driving growth across our global publishing and events portfolio. You will:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and live event channels.
- Oversee marketing activity for multiple industry-leading publications and international conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and high-profile clients to maximise engagement and brand visibility.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring effective management of key assets such as mailing lists, CRM databases, and campaign tools.
- Implement creative strategies that strengthen brand awareness and expand our global audience.
- Track and report on KPIs to demonstrate performance and inform future strategy.
- Drive lead-generation initiatives that directly support delegate growth, sponsorship, and advertising sales.
Who You Are
You're driven, organised and excited by the challenge of championing a brand on the world stage. You are proactive and willing to put your ideas for growth and development forward. You bring fresh ideas, infectious energy, and a passion for results. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum 5 years' marketing experience - we want someone ready to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
- Proven success delivering measurable results across multiple marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience with key digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a creative touch for social media and content marketing.
- Exceptional organisational ability, capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset, combining positivity with problem-solving flair.
- In depth knowledge of Hubspot (our CRM system) is a must
