Manufacturing Engineer - 12-month Fixed Term Contract

This role will drive continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing practices within a leading organisation specialising in cutting-edge technology. The organisation is based in a state-of-the-art facility where you can witness products go from concept to delivery.

You will be key in driving continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment. They manufacture cutting-edge technology that is revolutionising the industry, and this role will significantly impact the business.

This role is a 50/50 split between working inside and outside a cleanroom.

What You'll Do:

1. Support manufacturing operations with engineering expertise
2. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement lean manufacturing techniques
4. Work closely with NPI teams to ensure seamless product introductions
5. Use Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing engineering
2. Strong knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma
3. Ability to analyse manufacturing data and optimize production processes
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
