Job description

An excellent opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Locum has arisen, to join a Private Practice based in West Yorkshire on a temporary basis until Christmas.

Duties

• Handling a wide range of dispute resolution matters including:
  • Probate disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Commercial disputes
  • Landlord & tenant (Landlord only)
  • Professional negligence
  • Small amount of personal injury matters

Candidate Requirements

Applications will be considered from candidates that are open to hybrid working and can offer a minimum of 1 day in the office, with the rest being remote. Full and part time applications will also be considered. The successful candidate can be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal, as long as they have experience dealing with varied dispute resolution matters.

Hourly rate

£45 - £55 (outside IR35)
