Location: Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, with a 1:5 weekend rota (currently 1:10) and protected admin time. No on-call duties.

This is a first opinion practice with 5 RCVS-accredited branches, along with an RCVS-accredited veterinary hospital. The dedicated team provides high standards of bespoke, affordable care to patients and clients, and is actively involved in supporting local pet charities. While on-call duties are currently covered by the vets, these will be minimal as the practice is transitioning to a new hospital with a dedicated night team in April 2026.
You- A confident and experienced veterinary surgeon capable of providing clinical leadership and team support.
- Commitment to high standards of care and client service.
- Ability to drive clinical governance and ensure compliance with practice protocols.
- Collaborative spirit to work with the Practice Manager on rota planning, team wellbeing, and operational decisions.
- Strong clinical decision making abilities and effective interpretation of diagnostics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
