Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant

Our client, an established Salesforce partner are seeking a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their team.

As the Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant you will be responsible for:- Leading workshops to thoroughly understand and document client requirements, translating them into effective solutions.- Estimating effort and overseeing the delivery and implementation of Salesforce solutions to clients.- Engaging with and supporting various stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.

For this Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant position you must have:- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration.- Experience with full life cycle Salesforce implementation.- Fully proficient with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.- Experience with the Agile development process.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.- Strong communication skills, including presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience.

Candidates must have extensive experience with fundraising projects, with a deep understanding of donor acquisition and management, particularly in digital acquisition.

ADM201 certification and a Salesforce Consultant certification are required.
