Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Nurse RGN to join our dementia specialist elderly care home in York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care and experience in managing nursing duties and floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Assist with nursing duties as required.
• Ensure care plan audits are regularly updated.
• Complete medication audits accurately.
• Join a newly established home and contribute to its growth.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) preferred.
• Proven experience in dementia care.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in staff management.
