A reputable maintenance provider in London seeks a Lead M&E Engineer to manage a team and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. The role requires expertise in PPM and reactive maintenance, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while monitoring KPIs and adhering to SLAs. A NVQ Level 3 equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
