Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Instrument & ICSS Engineer to join a major international oil and gas project. The successful candidate will act as the technical referent for all ICSS, instrumentation, and telecom disciplines within the CPF-2 facilities package, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all ICSS, Instrumentation, and Telecom engineering activities.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing technical expertise and mentoring.
  • Ensure design compliance with project standards and specifications.
  • Liaise with related engineering packages to ensure seamless integration of ICSS and telecom systems.
  • Oversee procurement, FAT/SAT, and vendor document reviews.
  • Support field engineering, construction supervision, and operations readiness.
  • Promote and enforce HSE and quality objectives across all project phases.
Profile
  • Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in ICSS and Instrumentation engineering, including at least 10 years in lead roles on major upstream oil & gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English.
