Lead Design Engineer (Cisco, Fortinet)

A Leading Enterprise and Datacentre networking consultancy is looking to hire a Lead Network Design Engineer. As one of the Network SME's, the incoming Engineer will be responsible for "bridging the gap" between the architects and the network project engineers ensuring that network solutions align with engineering and architectural standard whilst remaining "best of breed". The ideal engineer will have demonstrable experience of designing complex, enterprise scale network solutions utillising the Cisco portfolio (Fortinet experience would also be advantageous) either in a consulting/reseller environment or end customer. Key to the role is a passion and enthusiasm for network solution design, routed in sound knowledge of network fundamentals. Hybrid working comprising 3 days in central London office.
