Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Take responsibility for company Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring outstanding presentation of Stage, Backstage and Window Displays.
- Lead and monitor Cast execution of Visual Merchandising standards using guidelines provided in delivery, markdowns, recovery and replenishment, Stage moves.
- Check correct POS Teaches and guide Cast Members to consistently achieve Disney Visual Merchandising standards.
- Drive positive results in key performance indicators including sales, conversion, AGS, UPT and Magic Touch, and explain KPIs to cast members.
- Drive Cast Members to achieve KPIs such as GoWiths through games and activities.
- Set priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Stage manage, lead, and coach Cast Members to provide great Guest Service and prioritize tasks to achieve sales results.
- Represent the Disney Brand, leading by example to provide Guests with Magical Experiences.
- Mentor, train, and coach Cast Members to develop their ability to provide Magnetic Service.
- Actively approach guests warmly, listening and asking questions to identify and meet their needs.
- Coach Cast Members to identify opportunities to surprise and delight guests using Disney product knowledge and storytelling.
- Maintain up-to-date Disney Knowledge through store tools and resources, encouraging the team to do the same and building team knowledge through effective training.
- Tailor approach to each Guest, learning quickly when facing new requests or challenges; use information to find solutions while remembering the Most Important Policy and putting the Guest first.
- Plan, manage and monitor effectiveness of scripted and non-scripted events for guests in one on one and group settings.
- Drive performance of the team to achieve and improve Magic Touch (Mystery Shop) results.
- Assist Store Management team to ensure store's total compliance with Disney Policies, Store Operating Procedures and local employment law including Health and Safety Procedures, Loss Prevention and cash handling.
- Ensure integrity of the brand by monitoring and maintaining Disney Store grooming guidelines and standards of behaviour.
- Champion Disney sponsored events that integrate the Disney brand into the local community (Volunt'EARs) initiatives.
- Process delivery in a fast and accurate manner, following all guidelines and achieving process goals, shrinkage results and ensuring accuracy when completing Stock Inventory Counts and tasks.
- Implement consistently high standard of Administration.
- Assume key holder responsibilities, observing Disney policies and procedures.
- Comply with first aid training requirement if required in certain stores.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Disney, sharing facts and stories.
- Enthusiastic about providing customer service to guests of all ages.
- Warm, approachable and able to communicate well with guests and the team.
- Able to work well within a management team to achieve results.
- Experience in a responsible role within a management team is desirable.
- Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic business acumen; understanding of what impacts commercial results in retail.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Experience of training or guiding other team members.
- Ability to entertain guests of all ages, especially children.
- Highly professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and accurate administration.
