Responsibilities
  • Manage and train the kitchen brigade to maintain a well organised and motivated team.
  • Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures.
  • Effectively manage working rosters and resources to meet business needs.
  • Support brand standards through training and assessment of the team.
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to F&B revenue.
  • Understand and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong Sous Chef or Head Chef experience.
  • Creative approach to food.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Committed to delivering high customer service.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, afternoons, and evenings.
