The ideal candidate

• Holds a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or Primary Teaching
• Possesses a recognized teaching qualification for kindergarten or early years education
• Has prior experience working with young children in an international or multicultural setting
• Demonstrates creativity and enthusiasm in designing engaging, age appropriate lessons
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning best practices
• Skilled at fostering a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
