Salary: £35,000 per annum + Variable TRONC + paid overtime

What You'll Be Doing
  • Inspire, mentor, and help manage the kitchen team, building a culture of excellence.
  • Take ownership of day to day kitchen operations-stock, prep, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to craft innovative menus, specials, and seasonal dishes.
  • Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is consistent, perfectly presented, and full of flavour.
  • Uphold the highest hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards.
  • Drive performance, training, and development for junior team members.
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar, ready to step into leadership.
  • Passionate about food, creative in approach, and committed to excellence.
  • Natural leader who inspires, motivates, and develops others.
  • Detail oriented, reliable, and excited to take ownership of a kitchen.
