Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Type correspondence and reports as required
  • Computerise information and maintain electronic records
  • Assist in organising office events and meetings
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
  • Support the office manager with day-to-day operations
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with general queries
  • Admin tasks including teas - coffees, office upkeep, kitchen upkeep, stationary, heating in the office, filing etc.


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent phone manners and communication skills
