Job Description

You will manage and accelerate revenue contribution from a portfolio of clients across the UK&I region. You will have a passion for sales, identifying incremental revenue opportunities and maximize revenue through exceptional customer management, product knowledge, and sales tactics, aiming to achieve or surpass revenue and margin targets.

You will be professional, credible, confident, and enthusiastic with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering success both in business development and account management. You will need to be excellent at negotiation and finding ways in a cluttered marketplace to drive market share, influencing clients at all levels of the organization.

You will have a proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interpret data to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Partner Support: Act as a day-to-day contact for partners, helping them with system queries, availability, and product support.
  • Training & Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new partners by arranging and delivering basic system training (with guidance from senior team members).
  • Reporting & Insights: Assist with producing regular performance reports, market analysis, and competitor insights for internal use
  • Commercial Admin: Help maintain partner records, contracts, and updates in CRM systems
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior account managers to prepare for client meetings, presentations, and trade events
  • Learning & Development: Build knowledge of the UK&I travel market, WebBeds products, and account management best practices.
  • Travel required: Client visits, industry events, and internal meetings (up to 50% of time).

  • Education/Background: A degree or relevant work experience in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Interest in Travel: Passionate about the travel industry and eager to build a career in commercial partnerships.
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Tech-Friendly: Confident using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Personal Qualities: Curious, collaborative, eager to learn, and a team player with a "can-do" attitude.
