Your field of work includes:

As a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) Workforce Management, you will be responsible for smooth system operation, technical development, customizing and user training.

Your tasks will include:

  • Establishing and ensuring the basic functionality of the SP-Expert and Plano systems
  • Basic technical planning, automation and settings in the system
  • Conception, preparation and implementation of training courses for in-house employees (development of learning objectives and development of training documents/programs)
  • Processing of forwarded requests from first-level support

You bring with you:
  • A completed university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent university degree) in the field of administrative informatics or comparable courses of study (in particular computer science, business informatics, computer engineering)

Experience and knowledge required to perform the tasks:

  • Experience with workforce scheduling and corresponding IT systems such as SP-EXPERT, Plano or comparable software is required
  • Experience with reporting systems and programming interfaces
  • Knowledge and confident application of collective bargaining law (TV-L), Working Hours Act (ArbZG), civil service law (LBG, BeamtStG) are an advantage
