IT Support Engineer - Truro - £30,000 - Hybrid Working!

In this role, you'll provide hands on 1st/2nd line support across their offices, keeping users connected, productive, and secure. You'll handle device setup, user onboarding, software installs, troubleshooting, patching, and play a key part in maintaining a reliable IT environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering responsive IT support across multiple sites
• Setting up and configuring laptops, mobiles, and user accounts
• Supporting Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and general networking
• Maintaining systems, software, and security updates
• Working closely with the wider IT team to deliver excellent service

About you:

• Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk role
• Strong Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and networking knowledge
• Customer-focused with great communication skills
• Happy working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Full UK driving licence
