IT Support - Job opportunity Location: North Wales / Conwy - LL28 (Onsite)Salary: Up to £27k plus a wide range of benefits Our client, who operate in the leisure industry are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join their IT team. The purpose of this role is to provide support for a variety of IT issues across the business and supporting IT systems and equipment across multiple sites. IT Support - skills & experience

• Knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WAN)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS - be able to support issues

IT Support role responsibilities

• Providing software support and general help desk duties
• Making and receiving 1st line technical calls, to assist in the coordination & resolution of IT issues as quickly as possible
• Microsoft Office 365 admin
• Assisting users with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of backup, Office, antivirus, and other software
• Installation of hardware and software
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Patch cabling and equipment moves
