We are looking for a:n

IT specialist specializing in system integration

for administration in area 19.04 for the Facility Management department.

The Facility Management department is part of the City of Hanover. With our engineers and architects, we take care of the construction, renovation and maintenance of our buildings such as the town hall, museums, schools and much more.

In ICT coordination, they help to create a modern working environment for the IT of around 500 employees.

Your tasks

• Commissioning and administration of our hardware solutions
• Installation and optimization of application solutions
• Organization of roll-outs and updates
• Fault processing and rights administration
• Network support and software administration

Your profile and skills

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or application development
• or a degree in IT-related subjects and at least 3 years of practical work experience in organizations with networks of more than 100 PCs

In addition, you have the following skills and competencies

• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze technical problems and solve them independently
• Interest in new IT technical solutions
• the ability to implement tasks in a complex working environment
• sound knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
• Applicable knowledge of Powershell or comparable scripting language
• Experience with automated and customized software deployment
• Gender and diversity competence
• German language skills that correspond to at least level C1
• Class B driving license

The full-time position is to be filled on 01.02.2026 for an indefinite period of 39 hours per week. The position is suitable for part-time work. We would be happy to discuss practicable working time models with you.
