IT Project Manager

Are you an experienced IT project professional with a knack for team leadership? We're seeking an IT Project Manager to join a dynamic New Services and Roll Outs (NSR) team. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you'll lead and mentor a dedicated team, manage daily activities, and drive quality and consistency across new service deployments, including office setups, technology rollouts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and coordinate the NSR team.
• Oversee and report on project progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and address challenges.
• Conduct team meetings and handle HR-related tasks.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven IT project experience (3+ years).
• Team management experience (1+ year).
• Project qualifications (Agile/Prince2).
• Strong problem-solving skills in an IT environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and IT ticketing software.
